While we strive to maintain a high-quality experience, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses. Access may be suspended for maintenance or system upgrades. You acknowledge that DUNGEONS.NETWORK is not liable for any disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, server congestion, or third-party technical failures.

DUNGEONS.NETWORK does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided on the platform and shall not be held liable for damages arising from its use. You acknowledge that the platform contains user-generated content. While we prohibit certain behaviors, you may encounter materials you find offensive. You use the Services strictly at your own risk.

Registration is free for personal, non-commercial use. To maintain the integrity of our platform:

• Automated systems, scrapers, or IP-masking services (VPNs/Proxies) are strictly prohibited.
• Account trading, selling, or transferring ownership is forbidden.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to permanently block access to any user suspected of violating these restrictions.

Users must comply with the specific rules governing individual game servers. These rules are made available within the respective game environments. Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

DUNGEONS.NETWORK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your account or access to the Services without prior notice or stated reason, particularly in cases of suspected breach of this agreement. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination.

You are exclusively responsible for your conduct and any content you upload. Prohibited actions include:

• Harassment, defamation, threats, or intimidation of other users.
• Impersonation of staff or other users.
• Distributing pornographic, violent, or hateful content.
• Spamming or distributing malicious code (viruses, worms, etc.).
• Circumventing technical limitations (e.g., creating multiple accounts to bypass IP limits).

By registering, you agree to receive service-related announcements and administrative messages via the email address associated with your account.

DUNGEONS.NETWORK reserves the right to limit the availability of its products or services to any person or geographic region at its sole discretion.

All items purchased via STORE.DUNGEONS.NETWORK are delivered in digital format. By completing a purchase, you provide express consent for the immediate fulfillment of the service. You acknowledge that this immediate performance waives your right to withdraw from the purchase agreement.

In accordance with Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code, there is no right to withdraw from a contract for the delivery of digital content once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. All services are for entertainment purposes only. No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated due to a breach of these terms.

Eligibility for prizes is subject to your geographic location. Prizes will be delivered within 90 days of a competition’s conclusion. No purchase is necessary to participate.

By posting content on our platforms, you grant DUNGEONS.NETWORK a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute such content to facilitate the Services. This license remains in effect as long as the content is published on the platform.

We process user data exclusively to operate and improve our Services in compliance with GDPR (EU 2016/679). Personal data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Anonymized, aggregate statistics may be shared with partners for analytical purposes.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. DUNGEONS.NETWORK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OR PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES LINKED THROUGH OUR SERVICES.

DUNGEONS.NETWORK may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.

This agreement supersedes all prior communications. In the event of a discrepancy or dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the English language version shall prevail.
